Customer's Own Material

While we prefer to use our own materials to make stage curtains for you, and provide a 'delivered to your door' pricing that includes fabric, fabrication and freight, we realize that sometimes customers want their curtains made of a special fabric.

We will do C.O.M. work if we determine that we can work with the fabric. We may ask for a sample before quoting a price. Specialty Stage Curtains is a division of Specialty Drapery, and part of a large custom drapery workroom.

When we use your material, we inspect it carefully, mark off all the cuts, and insure that we have enough fabric before cutting your goods. If any problems develop, we will notify you at once for a solution. Any leftover fabric is returned with the shipment of completed curtains.

Our one-year warranty will cover only our fabrication, not your fabric. Curtains made with C.O.M. receive our usual detailed inspection and packing, and are shipped with S-hooks and/or tie lines.

In order to Quote on C.O.M. jobs, we need to know the width of the fabric and any repeats. We can then tell you how many yards we will need and what the fabrication cost will be. The cost of the freight for shipping it to you is added to your cost.
